Heavenly NOTD

I really wish this had photographed better, I just couldn't capture the crystal like cellophane quality of the glitters.

Here is two coats of Wet n Wild 2% Milk with one coat of Revlon Heavenly and sealed with a coat of Out The Door top coat.

Photo fail but it was such a gorgeous manicure I couldn't stop looking at my nails. Thanks for stopping by.
