Saran Wrap NOTD

Today I have a saran wrap manicure inspired by one of my favorite dresses. I love a black and white dress, so classic and fun to add a bold sweater, belt or shoe to really jazz it up.

I started off with two coats of L.A. Girls 3D Effects polish in Black Illusion then applied the white polish with bunchings of saran wrap and finished off with a coat of NYC Grand Central Station top coat.
