Hey folks! So this manicure came out sort of by a terrible accident in my garage one night using a jar from the dollar store and a LOT of nail polish. Without going into the embarassing long version of that story these nails were born!

I started off with two coats of Wet n Wild - The Crown is Mine then stamped a gradient using Sinful Colors - Endless Blue and Cult Nails - Riot and sealed with top coat. Then cue my later that night accident for the lovely orchid colored shading and you have my manicure! You can see the differences between some of the photos that you can see the orchid color and where you can't.

Needless to say, I LOVE this manicure! It looks absolutely stunning in the sun and the stamping is much more vibrant in person. No chips at all and wearing like iron I may leave this one on the rest of the week.

So a few weeks ago my daughter was looking for a new show to watch. She had just finished up Hannah Montana and I have successfully in the past hooked her on Full House and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. So I told her a show about a girl that went to live with her aunts and on her 16th birthday discovered that she's a witch.

It was a success! Yes! I felt a bit aged though. I remember the highlight of my elementary (maybe middle school?) friday night was tuning into T.G.I.F and watching Boy Meets World, Clueless, Family Matters and Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

So, when I saw this from Wet n' Wild I had to get it on the name sake alone.

Sagreena the Teenage Witch is a green polish with green shimmer, very witchy. It applied fantastically in two coats. A little streaky for my liking but still a pretty polish.

Do you remember watching T.G.I.F? What was your favorite show? Let me know in the comments and thanks for stopping by.

In addition to being a big fan of polish i'm also a love of makeup! This is definitely something that started for me in the last five or so year, prior to that I barely wore any makeup and if I did it was at random. I started out of course with very bold and bright colors but somewhere along the way I fell madly in love with neutrals!

While most ladies and gents are fawning over the beautiful blues, pinks, and greens i'm drooling over the shimmery taupes, champagnes and matte browns. I own a good amount of makeup but somehow someway this is what I wear almost everyday.

Cover Girl Queen Collection Bronzer in Ebony Bronze: This is my go to bronzer for contouring. Nothing drastic and I like a little glow.

NYX HD Photogenic Concealer in Nutmeg: This is my favorite concealer. I don't really have a lot of issues with creasing when it comes to under eye concealer either but I get no creasing or flaking and the coverage is good.

Wet N' Wild Fergie Take On The Day Eyeshadow Primer: This keeps my shadow from creasing and is ranked among the top dogs (Urban Decay and Nars).

Kiss New York Aqua BB Cream in Medium Dark: This has pretty much become my holy grail foundation and if they discontinue it I would probably cry. It's been hard finding a BB cream being deeper toned and very oily. This gives nearly full coverage, is incredibly light weight AND oil controlling! What more could a girl ask for?

Sephora Microsmooth Foundation Powder in Deep Ebony: This is very similar to MAC Mineralize Skin Finish (which broke me out) and it's nice for setting my foundation (I mix it with the Ruby Kisses Banana Powder).

Milani Mineral Blush in Sunset Beach: This is my holy grail blush and it is unfortunately discontinued however I have bought backups and it lasts a long time (though i've hit pan a long time ago i've had this blush for nearly two years).

Jordana Best Lash Extreme in Black: This is my favorite mascara. I prefer this over my Benefit They're Real mascara too. It thickens, lengths, makes my lashes super black.

Maybelline Mineral Power Bronzer: This has been long discontinued but is nice in summer for a great glow. I mix this with my BB cream or just blend a little to the tops of my cheeks.

Ruby Kisses Banana Powder: I got this just to see what the hype is about banana powder. This powder leaves a ghastly white cast all over your face when used with flash photography. That really sucks because it is great for setting my face and keeping shine away. To counteract this I mix it with my Sephora Microsmooth powder and I get no ghost face.

And that's it! The whole gang together! Not pictured are my liners and lip products but those vary, any black liner and nudish gloss will do for this lady! Do you wear makeup? What are some of your favorite products? Thanks for stopping by

I love ruby red grapefruit (here in the South anyhow). I love the scent, the sweet and tangy taste, the gorgeous color...everything about them! So when I spotted Pink Grapefruit I had to have it!

Slowly Lottie Dottie

Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend.

Today's post comes courtesy of my untried drawer in my Melmer. This spring I bought a few polishes I had been lemming forever by KB Shimmer. I was able to maintain my sanity and only purchase three but that number definitely will grow, trust me.

Wet N Wild - Slowly Teal and See: Not actually teal at all, but a gorgeous bright blue creme with a great formula.

KB Shimmer - Lottie Dottie: A milky jelly base with pink and blue round glitter, pink and blue micro glitter, and pink and blue small bar glitter.

I was instantly drawn to this polish after seeing swatches and the name (my two youngest sisters share the name). I will be wearing Lottie Dottie again soon it was opaque in three smooth coats and no fishing for glitter at all.

Do you own any KB Shimmer polishes? If so which are your faves? Thanks for stopping by.

Today I have a manicure with three of the new Wet n' Wild Pop Art Craze polishes.

A Blank Canvas - White creme. Very streaky (more so than the WnW French Creme) and a bit thick. I used two coats.

Slowly and See - A bright aqua blue creme. This formula was fantastic and easy to work with.

Listening to Blue Reed - A bright blue creme, same as the former a great polish to work with.

I used my Pueen plate to stamp the design on my nails and sealed with a coat of Out The Door.

I really wish Wet n' Wild would come with more releases of their Wild Shine formula. It feels like we used to get a new collection each season of these babies and now it seems more like twice a year and it's such a bummer because they are always such great colors with a stellar formula.

Thanks for stopping by.

Heavenly NOTD

I really wish this had photographed better, I just couldn't capture the crystal like cellophane quality of the glitters.

Here is two coats of Wet n Wild 2% Milk with one coat of Revlon Heavenly and sealed with a coat of Out The Door top coat.

Photo fail but it was such a gorgeous manicure I couldn't stop looking at my nails. Thanks for stopping by.
