So Sinful Colors has hopped along the texture train. Fortunately, these are incredibly unique colors. Oddly enough, there is no indication on the polish itself that it is textured so if you see the little black band around them, chances are it's a texture finish.

Purple Gleam has a medium pink toned purple base with pink and aqua glitter. It applied like a dream in two coats. With no top coat, you don't really get the aqua glitter. With top coat, it is simply amazing! I prefer it with top coat.

Treasure Chest has a bright aqua base with gold glitter. Textured it looks great and you get all of of the gold, with top coat, it looks pretty much the same. It's a great color combo.

Blue Persuasion has a deep blurple base with baby pink glitter. Two coats and perfection. I bought this polish because of how it looks in the bottle and planned on slapping top coat on it as soon as I could. Textured it is amazing, it looks like it's practically glowing. But with top coat? My heart MELTS it's so beautiful!

So what do you think? Which is your favorite? I found these at Rite Aid but expect them to pop up wherever Sinful Colors polishes are sold. Let me know in the comments and thanks for stopping by.

Today I bring to you two of the new Julie G Holiday Gum Drop polishes, Sugar Plum Fairy and Gift of Gold.

For those that don't know or don't have Rite Aid in your area: Julie G is a youtube vlogger that posts great makeup looks and nail art. After doing some reviews of cosmetics for Jesse's Girl (a brand sold at Rite Aid) they partnered with her to do a nail polish collection inspired by her. After the success of that line Jesse's Girl then decided to create a line of Julie G polishes. All Julie G polishes can be ordered at JessesGirlCosmetics.com

Sugar Plum Fairy is a royal purple textured polish with lots of silver glitter. The formula was really good and dried very fast. The above photos are two coats with no top coats. The two bottom photos are with two coats of top coat and I prefer it that way. The depth of this polish with all of it's glitter is mesmerizing.

Gift of Gold is a yellow gold textured polish with lots of gold glitter. This one was a bit hard to photograph and comes off very orange but in person it is a truer yellow gold. Even with out top coat it is very shiny but with top coat the depth is amazing and looks like magic.

Have you been able to find these yet? Let me know what you think in the comments and thanks for stopping by.

I'm not a huge fan of texture polishes. I feel like they look awesome on everyone else but me. But here are there I will let something shiny catch my eye and purchase something I know i'm not going to like, and that is what we have here today.

Petites Hot Sauce - Hot Sauce is a bright cherry tomato red creme polish with a great formula. This is actually a repurchase for me as a backup because the brand (which was exclusively sold at Rite Aid) has now since closed their doors.

Sally Hansen Sugar Coat Pink Sprinkle - Pink Sprinkle has a magenta base with matte magenta glitters and pink flakies. It is stunning in the bottle.

Apologies for the blurriness, this is two coats of Hot Sauce, there is still visible nail line and could use a third coat for full opacity.

This is 5 minutes after layers two coats of Pink Sparkle. As much as I like this look on others and love a lot of the swatches I see of other texture polishes, it just doesn't mesh well with me. Can't win them all.

Thanks for stopping by.
